What are your operating hours?
Yes, you can reach us Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. We are happy to assist with any enquiries during business hours.
Do you offer gift sets?
Yes, Athena Linen offers gift sets. This is an excellent and unusual wedding gift for newly weds, and a thoughtful option for any special occasion.
Should I wash the linen before use?
It is always advisable to wash the product before use, unless it specifically mentions that the linen has been pre-washed. A gentle wash cycle with mild detergent is recommended.
Can I return discounted or custom-made products?
Any products that have been discounted or custom made cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you are happy with your selection before placing your order.
Do you offer custom-made products?
Yes, we can provide any of our products custom made to your requirements. Simply contact us with your specifications and we will be happy to assist.
What is your exchange and returns policy?
We will exchange any product in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. The return fee will be paid by the client. For hygienic purposes, we cannot accept items that have been used, washed, or are not in the original packaging.
What colours are available?
We currently offer three classic colours: black, white, and cream. We will be expanding our colour range going forward, so keep an eye on our shop for new additions.
